Booking and Payment:

All bookings for yacht charters must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due prior to the charter date. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified on our website.

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy, which is detailed on our website. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy. Please note that certain bookings may be non-refundable.

 

Use of the Yacht:

The yacht chartered through Utopia Yacht Charter is to be used solely for lawful purposes. The client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the charter. Any damage to the yacht or its equipment caused by the client or passengers will be the responsibility of the client.

 

Liability:

Utopia Yacht Charter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by clients or passengers during the charter. Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for personal injury, loss of property, or cancellation of the charter.

 

Force Majeure:

Utopia Yacht Charter is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government regulations. In such cases, Utopia Yacht Charter reserves the right to cancel the charter and offer an alternative date or refund.

 

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

 

Changes to Terms:

Utopia Yacht Charter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
